These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover any engagement you enter into with Client Care Operations. The scope, fees and obligations of an engagement are set out in the written proposal and agreement for that engagement, and those documents take precedence over anything on this page.

This website is operated by Client Care Operations (“CCO”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

What this website is

This site describes our services and the CCO Operational Intelligence Platform, and it offers downloadable guides and templates. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, a guarantee of a particular result, or professional, clinical, regulatory, compliance or legal advice. Descriptions of services and platform capability may change without notice.

Guides, templates and downloads

The guides and templates published here are provided free of charge and as-is. You are welcome to use and adapt them inside your own organization. You remain responsible for checking that anything you adopt is appropriate for your setting and complies with the regulations, licensing conditions, funding requirements and professional standards that apply to you. We do not warrant that they will be suitable for, or sufficient in, any particular jurisdiction or care setting.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, page design, graphics, photography, logos, downloadable documents and the Client Care Operations name and marks, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own internal, non-commercial use, and use the templates as described above. You may not republish, resell, or present our material as your own, or use our name or marks to imply an endorsement or relationship that does not exist.

Contacting us and booking a conversation

When you use the contact form, the resource subscription form or the scheduling link, please give accurate information and do not submit confidential or identifying information about the people your organization supports. Information you send through these forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Scheduling is provided through Calendly under Calendly’s own terms.

Acceptable use

Please do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any restricted or authenticated area, interfere with its operation or security, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Restricted areas

Parts of this site require a verified sign-in and are limited to authorized users. Access is granted at our discretion and may be suspended or withdrawn. If you are given credentials, keep them confidential and tell us promptly if you believe they have been compromised.

Third-party links and services

Some pages link to services we do not control, including Calendly and Netlify. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
