How we handle the information you send us.

This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written in plain language and describes only what this site actually does.

This website is operated by Client Care Operations (“CCO”, “we”, “us”). If you have a question about anything on this page, email info@clientcareoperations.com.

What the contact form collects

The contact form on our Contact page asks for:

• Your name, so we know who we are replying to.
• Your email address, so we can send that reply.
• Your organization, which is optional and used only to understand the operational context of your enquiry.
• Your message, containing whatever you choose to tell us.

Please do not include resident names, clinical details, health records or any other confidential or personally identifying information about the people your organization supports. The contact form is for general enquiries only and is not a secure channel for that kind of information.

The form also carries a hidden anti-spam field. If it is filled in, the submission is treated as automated and discarded.

Why we collect it and what we do with it

We use what you send for one purpose: to read your enquiry and respond to it, and to continue that conversation if you want to take it further. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to a marketing mailing list on the strength of a contact-form submission.

Resource subscriptions

Some pages offer an optional form to receive new guides and operational resources by email. It asks only for your email address, and it records which page you subscribed from so we know which resources prompted the request. It carries the same hidden anti-spam field as the contact form.

We use your subscription email only to send CCO guides and operational resources. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for advertising. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any resource email or by writing to info@clientcareoperations.com, and we will remove your address.

All guides, templates and the Executive Overview on this site remain free to read and download without subscribing.

Who processes it on our behalf

This website is hosted on Netlify, and the contact and resource subscription forms are handled by Netlify Forms. That means your submission is transmitted to and stored by Netlify on our behalf before we read it, and Netlify may process it on servers outside your country. Netlify acts as our service provider and is not permitted to use your submission for its own purposes. Netlify’s own privacy documentation is published at netlify.com/privacy.

Replies are sent and received by email, so your message and our response also sit in our email provider’s systems in the normal way.

If you book a conversation through the scheduling link on this site, that booking is handled by Calendly under Calendly’s own privacy terms. Anything you enter into the Calendly booking form is provided directly to Calendly, not through this website.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts and images through Netlify’s image service, which means those providers receive the standard technical request information (such as your IP address and browser type) needed to deliver the file. Netlify also keeps ordinary server access logs as part of hosting the site.

How long we keep it

We keep resource subscriptions until you unsubscribe. We keep contact-form submissions and the email correspondence that follows for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry, and no longer than is reasonable for that purpose. Submissions that are clearly spam are deleted. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what enquiry information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@clientcareoperations.com with your request and the email address you used, and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights over your personal information; we will honour those rights when they apply.

Children

This website is aimed at people working in and leading residential care organizations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this notice

If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page. Because the site does not track visitors, we cannot notify you of a change individually. Please check back here if it matters to you.
